Information Stored on Your Device

The App may store the following information locally on your device to function properly:

Reminder content you create (e.g., title, notes, time, schedule)
App preferences and settings (e.g., notification settings, categories/tags, sound selections)
Local app data required for the App to operate reliably

This locally stored data is under your control. Removing the App may remove this data, depending on your device settings.

Permissions

Smart Reminder may request certain device permissions so features work as expected. For example:

Notifications — to deliver reminder alerts you schedule
Exact alarms / scheduling (where applicable) — to trigger reminders at the right time
Battery optimization exclusions (optional) — to help reminders run reliably on some devices

Permissions are used only to provide App functionality and are not used to collect data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

The App does not send your reminder content to our servers. However, your device platform or app store (for example, Google Play services) may process limited data necessary for app distribution, crash reporting, or basic diagnostics depending on your device settings and installed services.

Note: If you enable optional third-party features (such as analytics or ads) in future versions, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Advertising

Smart Reminder does not sell your personal information. If the App shows ads (now or in the future), those ad providers may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. We will update this policy if ad functionality is introduced.

You can edit or delete reminders at any time within the App.
You can remove the App to stop all App data processing on your device.

Smart Reminder is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

The App is designed to operate without transmitting your personal data to our servers. If this changes, we will update this policy to describe any cross-border data transfers.
