This Privacy Policy explains how BrickBall ("the App"), developed and published by Small Bird Tech ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data is collected.

Summary

BrickBall collects no personal information. The only data collected is anonymous app performance and usage analytics through Google Firebase Analytics. We do not sell, share, or trade any data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information We Collect

BrickBall uses Google Firebase Analytics solely to understand app performance and improve the gameplay experience. Firebase Analytics automatically collects:

App opens, session duration, and screen views
Device type, operating system version, and screen resolution
General geographic region (country/region level, not precise location)
App crashes and performance metrics
In-app purchase events (completion status only, no payment details)

This data is anonymous and aggregated. It cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.

How We Use This Information

The anonymous analytics data is used exclusively to:

Monitor app stability and fix crashes
Understand which levels and features are most played
Improve game performance and user experience
Make informed decisions about future updates

Google Firebase Analytics

Provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage and performance data.

In-App Purchases

BrickBall offers optional in-app purchases through the Google Play Billing system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.).

Data Storage & Security

All analytics data is stored on Google's Firebase servers and is subject to Google's security practices and data protection policies. We do not maintain our own servers or databases for user data. Game progress (such as your current level and high score) is stored locally on your device only.

Children's Privacy

BrickBall does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App collects only anonymous analytics data and no personal information, it does not pose privacy risks specific to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.

Your Choices

You can limit data collection in the following ways:

Opt out of analytics — You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of interest-based ads through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Disable usage data — On some devices, you can disable the sharing of usage and diagnostics data through your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
