Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Crown & Hoof account here without installing or opening the app. Use the email address and current password for your game account, not your Google password.

This action cannot be undone. Your stable, horses, breeding progress and remaining virtual credits will no longer be available. All signed-in devices will lose account access. Deleting the account does not request a Google Play refund.

What happens to your data

Your account email, password hash, sessions, verification records, private gameplay records, notification read history and the game’s purchase receipts are deleted from the active game database when the request succeeds.
Your race entries and leaderboard participation are removed. Active listings are cancelled, other players’ escrowed bids on your listings are refunded, and your own bids are withdrawn.
Shared race results, replays and pedigree or market records needed by other players may remain with your account association and identifying names removed. Horses already sold to other players remain theirs.
Security counters expire through routine maintenance. Hosting logs, support emails, backups and records held independently by Google or email providers are outside this automatic database operation. Contact us about those records; any necessary retention depends on the provider, purpose and applicable law.

Successful deletion from the active game database is immediate. It is not a temporary suspension. Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

Cannot sign in or need help?

Email [email protected] with the subject “Crown & Hoof account deletion”. Include your stable name and registered email address. If you cannot access your registered inbox, explain this so we can discuss another way to verify ownership. Do not email passwords or verification codes.

Email requests are handled by our support team. We may need to verify ownership and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
